What is the time limit (hours) With in which a provisionally alloted rule 38 transfer can be declined by employee in rule 38 portal ?

An employee has 72 hours to decline a provisionally allotted Rule 38 transfer through the Rule 38 portal. If the transfer is not declined within this time, it will be counted as an attempt, even if the employee does not actively accept it.
