Day 7 DARPAN-RICT Device Purpose, functionality, and usage in rural areas
Days 8-9 India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) Rules, procedures, incentive structure, and IPPB mobile banking demo
Days 10-11 POSB Internet and Mobile Banking Internet and mobile banking for POSB
Day 12 Marketing of Insurance and Savings Products Marketing strategies for postal and financial products
Days 13-14 Postal Products and Services Overview Detailed understanding of product offerings
Day 15 AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) Operations and user procedures
Day 16 Soft Skills – Attitude, Motivation, Communication, and Team Building Development of key interpersonal skills
Day 17 Conduct Rules and Welfare Understanding of conduct rules and welfare programs

Days 19-20 Office Procedures: Noting, Drafting, File Movement File management, noting, drafting, and tracking
Days 21-22 Divisional Office Structure: Staff, Establishment, Building, and Store Management Key responsibilities and management practices
Days 23-24 CCS (CCA) Rules and Disciplinary Case Handling Management of disciplinary cases under CCS (CCA) rules
Day 25 Court Case Handling Managing legal processes and court cases

Phase 2: Hands-On Training (1 Week)

Location: Work Competency Training Center (WCTC)
Objective: Gain practical experience in systems and tools used by Inspectors of Posts.

Days 1-2 CSI Modules Hands-on practice with CSI, including SAP-based operations and CBS
Days 3-4 McCamish, Core Banking Solutions Operational training on McCamish (insurance) and Core Banking systems
Day 5 IPPB and DARPAN Devices Practical use of IPPB mobile app, DARPAN-RICT device in rural settings
Day 6 CSC (Common Service Center) Training on CSC operations related to postal services
Day 7 Field Focus: Conducting Visits, Inspections, and Investigations Simulation of inspection and inquiry procedures

Phase 3: Post Office Exposure (1 Week)

Location: Branch Offices (B.O.), Sub Offices (S.O.), Head Offices (H.O.)
Objective: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Post Office operations through real-world exposure.
