If you’re facing the Aadhaar enrollment error, specifically the message, “Error occurred while creating enrollment. This enrollment is now invalid and has been deleted. Please do enrollment again,” here’s a step-by-step guide to resolve it.

Error Details:
The error message appears when an Aadhaar enrollment process fails, invalidating the current enrollment session. To proceed with a new enrollment, ensure all packets are in “Uploaded” status and follow these troubleshooting steps.
How to Resolve the Aadhaar Enrollment Error

Verify Packet Upload Status
Before restarting the process, confirm that all packets are in the “Uploaded” state. This is crucial to avoid further issues during enrollment.

Stop Aadhaar-Related Services
1. Open Services.msc (you can search for this in the Start menu).
2. Locate and stop all Aadhaar-related services such as:
3. Aadhaar Enrolment Client
4. Aadhaar Multiplatform Devices
5. Aadhaar QSSITV services
6. Stopping these services ensures that no enrollment processes are running in the background.

Close Aadhaar Enrollment Applications
Ensure that any Aadhaar-related applications, including the Enrollment Client Application (ECA), are closed.

Access the Aadhaar Data Directory
1. Open This PC or My Computer.
2. Go to C:\UID Authority of India\Aadhaar.

Backup the Aadhaar Folder
Create a backup of the Aadhaar folder by copying it to another drive for safekeeping.

Modify Packet Files
1. Navigate to the Data folder within the Aadhaar directory.
2. Rename the packets-auto folder to packets-auto_old. This step clears the existing packets data, preparing the client for a fresh enrollment attempt.

Restart Aadhaar Services
1. Return to Services.msc.
2. Restart all Aadhaar-related services you previously stopped.

After completing these steps, reopen the Aadhaar Enrollment Client and initiate a new enrollment session.

2. Go to drive C.
3. Open Aadhaar folder.
4. Open “Data” folder.
5. Rename the packets-auto folder to packets-auto1.
6. Create a new packets-auto folder.
Please make sure Aadhaar application is closed and all the packets are in uploaded
