Usually when aadhar cerification is about expire in 3 months, the UIDAI will send you the following text message.
Do not forget to book your Recertification Exam before the expiry period – DD-MM-YYYY to maintain your certification. Please check your email for more details. Ignore if already applied for recertification.

To apply for the Aadhaar Operator Recertification Exam, follow these steps:
Check Your Email
Look for an email from UIDAI or NSEIT containing detailed instructions and links for the recertification process. The email will include a direct link to book your exam or provide additional steps.
Visit the UIDAI/NSEIT Portal
If the email does not contain a link, you can visit the official NSEIT Aadhaar Operator Certification Portal:

Log in with your Operator ID and password.
Book Your Exam Slot
Once logged in, navigate to the option for booking your Recertification Exam. Choose your preferred date and time before the expiry date (DD-MM-YYYY).
Complete Payment (if applicable)
There is fee for for the recertification exam, follow the payment instructions on the portal.
Confirm Your Slot
After completing the booking and payment (if required), you will receive a confirmation email with details of the exam. Check for any exam requirements, such as valid ID proof.
Prepare for the Exam
Review any study material or guidelines provided by UIDAI or NSEIT to ensure you are fully prepared for the recertification exam.
