Subject: Regarding Amendment in Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Postmen and MTS.
Sir.
I am directed to refer your letter No.P.IV/CHQ/29th AIC-Const./2024-26 dated 17.09.2024 on the subject mentioned above and to inform you that the Competent Authority has approved the following proposed amendments:

| Article 10: Membership subscription The monthly subscription shall be Rs. 60/- per month | Article 10: Membership subscription The monthly subscription shall be Rs. 100/- per month |
| Article 11: Allocation of Subscription The existing allocation of subscription as under:- NFPE Rs. 4/- per member per month. CHQ Rs. 12/- per member per month. Circle Rs. 16/- per member per month. Divisional/Branch Rs. 28/- per member per month. | Article 11: Allocation of Subscription The allocation of subscription as under:- CHQ Rs. 30/- per member per month Circle Rs. 30/- per member per month Divisional Branch Rs. 40/- per member per month. |
2.The allocation of subscription as under:-
- CHQ Rs. 30/- per member per month. Circle Rs. 30/- per member per month. Divisional/Branch Rs. 40/- per member per month.
- This may be incorporated in the existing constitution of the said Association and a revised copy of the constitution may be submitted on priority basis to this office for official record.
