Fixing Messed Up CTM Screen (IPPB) in Finacle

If you’re encountering issues with the CTM screen in Finacle, especially with IPPB, here’s a quick guide to resolve it:

Steps to Fix:

Close Browser
Close the current browser session where the issue occurred.

Delete the ‘sun’ Folder
Go to the C:\Users\AppData\Local directory.
Locate and delete the ‘sun’ folder. This folder stores cache and temporary files that can cause issues with Finacle.

Clear Cookies
Open your browser’s settings and clear the cookies and cache. This will remove any stored session data.

Reopen Browser
Open the browser again after performing the above steps.

Login to Finacle
Try logging into the system again to check if the issue is resolved.
